delete your account and data

Every GridLord player can request permanent deletion of their account. Deletion is not a temporary deactivation, and it cannot be undone after processing starts.

GridLord is operated by Active Tech.

Delete inside the app

This is the fastest option when you can still open your account:

  1. Open GridLord and go to Account.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to protect the account.

Request deletion on the web

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access the account, start the request with this button. When possible, write from the email shown in your GridLord account and include whether you signed in with Google, Apple, or email.

Request account deletion

We will never ask for your password, verification code, or payment details. We only verify account ownership before fulfilling a request submitted from the web.

What happens next?

In-app deletion starts as soon as you confirm successfully. Web requests are completed within 30 days after account ownership is verified, and we send confirmation when processing finishes.

Data we delete

  • Your GridLord sign-in identity, account profile, linked name, and email.
  • Game progress, sessions, results, statistics, streaks, missions, achievements, and leaderboard entries.
  • Balances, items, collections, entitlements, friend data, inbox messages, and account settings.
  • Device and notification tokens, plus purchase and ad records directly linked to your account on our servers.
  • GridLord local data on the device where deletion is completed inside the app.

Limited data we may retain

We may keep a minimal technical record of the deletion request for up to 90 days to prevent fraud and prove completion. Segregated or anonymized transaction records may remain for as long as applicable law requires or while a financial dispute is resolved. We do not use retained records to recreate the account or for marketing. Google or Apple retain store purchase history under their own policies.

Subscriptions and refunds

Deleting a GridLord account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel any active subscription in your store-account settings. The store that processed a purchase controls billing and refund decisions.
